About Reno Rakutt

Reno Rakutt started Design/Sales in the Kitchen Industry in 1976, fell in love with the industry and has grown to be a leader in the field. In 1979 Reno opened his own Retail Kitchen & Bath Design Showroom, and it remains a testimony to his finely honed design and marketing skills.

Reno is a member of the NKBA (National Kitchen & Bath Association) and has received his accredits as CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) in 1990 and his CBD (Certified Bathroom Designer) in 1991.

Among his credits is an Honourable Mention in the 1993 Canadian Design Competition, prize winner in the MODA Design competition, and Honourable mention in the 2007 Canadian Design competition.

Winner of the NKBA MERIT AWARD in both 1993 and 1996 and was among the Judges for the 1998, 2004 and 2008 Canadian Design Competition. As well as the 2007 United States National Design Competition. 
 
Reno has held many positions in the Ontario Chapter of the NKBA, including two years as President. He gives much of his time to the betterment of the Industry. Reno completed a 3 year position the Board of Governors of Dealers for the NKBA on the National Level. This board helps Kitchen Dealers through education and Dealer orientated programs.

Quest Design - Marketing Agency was formed by Reno Rakutt in 1997 to address the needs of clients wishing to contract a single firm to provide solid sales and marketing advice to their marketing departments. Quest is able to offer a more total marketing package than ever before. Quest offers expertise in the field of Kitchen and Bathroom design as well as providing retail departments and specialty boutiques with profit proven procedures. 
 
Primarily Quest is a factory representative for Canadian made lines of Kitchen and Bathroom cabinetry that addresses both the domestic and foreign markets in a very aggressive manner. Combined with Design, Marketing and Sales skills – Reno offers far more to the Dealer, as a total package, then historically offered.
